Licensing:

When you purchase a licensed beat/track from oMATIC-Productions you are agreeing to only use it till your purchase has expired.  Using a beat/track afterward will result in breaking our terms and conditions.  Will be penalized to the maximum of the law.  If customer using a beat/track that we created without BUYING OUT the track and become famous with our material we will be able to collect 90 percent of any recurring or occurring money/payments that customer has collected from the use of the material.

Also, if we can prove that a customer has been using the beat/track and has become famous or signed to any deal we will collect from 90 percent or create a agreed settlement.

A customer only has two days after a beat has expired to re-up, or re-purchase a license.  Licensed beats/tracks are flattened and we have the originals tracks unless a customer buys out the beats/tracks.

Buy Out:

When someone buys out the beat or track this mean they own the copyrights from us for that beat/track.  If there are any customers that use the beat they will be able to use it till their licensing is up.  Once licensing is up theya re required and will be notified to stop using it.

Customers that BUY OUT a beat/track agrees to let others that have licensed it to finish their use of the beat/track that they have purchased.  Once a customer has BUY OUT they can contact us to find out what licensed users dates of expiry.

Privacy:

A customer privacy is very important here at oMATIC-Productions.com.  Only time that a customers information is known at all.  Is when a customer BUYS OUT a beat/track.  Only information is given is the expiry date of the licensed user.

Note: If a licensed user is caught using the beat/track after being notified they are responsible for any lawsuit that the customer that has BOUGHT OUT the beat/track.  Make sure you put the right email information or contact us with information for your protection.

Our End:

We at oMATIC-Productions.com are not responsible for anything that may transpire after a customer has bought a beat/track.  We only track and go after customers that want to claim our non-BUY OUT beats/tracks.  We are listening and waiting for someone to duplicate and change anything that we create.  We will make sure that your name becomes a stain in the industry.
